STRONGER is our training only option. Perhaps you've got the Nutrition and Lifestyle under control and you simply want safe, effective exercise instruction. This is central focus of all 3 programs and we offer it as a stand alone service. We off 3 variations of personal exercise instruction:
STRONGER includes:
30 minute 1-0n-1 training sessions
15 minute 1-0n-1 training sessions
30 minute small group personal training (2-4 people)
EMPOWERED is our accountability focused package. We incorporate small group training (2-4 people) coupled with our group coaching.
While it is customized to your uniqueness, it leverages the power of community. We coach you on how to create and execute on your action plan, providing guidance and accountability along the way.

INTENSIVE is EVOLVEEXERCISE's premium coaching services. Our focus is to make the process of achieving your goals as quick and easy as possible.
We strategically implement principle based fitness, nutrition & behavior change practices that are customized to you. It's about the nuances within the science that fits into your life. Our time tested program is completely customized to your unique needs and goals, designed to simplify the process.
